AI Ads IQ (aiadsiq.com) is an internal tool operated by Busy Bee Media, Inc. (“Busy Bee Media Group”, “we”, “us”). Our staff use it to review and manage Google Ads accounts for the businesses we work with, alongside call data from CallTrackingMetrics. It is not offered to the public.
Information we collect
- Sign-in details. When a team member signs in with Google, we receive their name, email address and profile picture. We use these only to identify the person, decide what they can access, and record who made changes.
- Google Ads data. When an administrator connects Google Ads, we access the advertising accounts that person can manage: campaigns, budgets, keywords, search terms, ads, Quality Score and performance metrics.
- Call tracking data. From CallTrackingMetrics we receive call records for those accounts, such as call time, duration, source, keyword, tags and click identifiers.
- Activity records. We log actions taken in the tool, such as changes approved and applied to Google Ads, for accountability.
How we use it
We use this information only to report on advertising performance, generate recommendations, and make changes to Google Ads accounts that a team member has reviewed and approved. To produce recommendations, account performance data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis. Call transcripts from CallTrackingMetrics are also sent to Anthropic's Claude API so each paid call can be labelled (for example, job booked or spam) with a short summary; only the label and summary are stored in this tool. We do not sell any data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone else except the service providers that run the tool (our web host, Google, CallTrackingMetrics and Anthropic).
Google user data
AI Ads IQ's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Ads access is used only to provide the reporting and account-management features described above, and people never read this data except to provide those features, for security, or as required by law.
Storage and retention
Data is stored in a private database on our hosting provider's servers and is available only to signed-in, approved team members. Performance data covers a rolling recent window and is replaced at each daily sync. Access tokens are stored on the server and never shown in the tool.
Your choices
An administrator can disconnect Google Ads at any time, and you can revoke this tool's access from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To ask about or delete data related to you, contact us.
